Complaints Should you wish to make a complaint please follow the procedure below.

Our complaints procedure is compliant with the guidelines defined by the Property Ombudsman.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the services provided by Moveself Ltd, please send an email to A support ticket will automatically be raised and routed to our complaints queue. We aim to provide a response within 48 hours.

If we unable to provide a resolution to your issue within 15 days, we will provide you with a final viewpoint letter which details the conclusions of our investigation.
