Link to page: Free Property Valuation
Automated property valuations are not accurate enough at this time. So, you can use this page to request a free property valuation from us, where we'll base it on your property condition,
historic sold prices, current sold prices and other metrics.
Link to page: Properties
Whenever you create a property listing it will be listed here. From this page you can view the listing (to see how it will look when published), edit your property listing to make
amendments, and hide/show it to the public. You may wish to hide the property from public view if an offer is made dependent upon you taking your property off the market, for example.
Link to page: Inbox
Whenever you receive a direct message it will be recorded here. You can view conversations and respond to them. And if it's a spam enquiry
you can block them from contacting you any further.
Link to page: Viewings
Property viewings are listed here, whether you are requesting or receiving the viewing.
Link to page: Offers
Any offers made and received will be listed here. All offers have an expiry, so if you're selling or letting a property you need to keep an eye on this countdown.
Link to page: Favourites
When you're searching properties you can click the heart in the top-right hand corner to add/remove the property to and from your favourites list:
When you add a property to your favourites list it will appear on this page:
Link to page: Notifications
When you receive an offer, a direct message, a viewing request or otherwise you will see a notification popup in the top left hand corner
of your screen:
Clicking on the link will take you to the notifications page, where you can see all notifications you have received for all properties.
You don't have to populate every aspect of your property listing. However the more information you provide, the more chance
you have of finding a buyer.
To start populating your property listing, go to the Properties page, find your property and click 'Edit listing'.
At the top of the screen you will see a status bar, telling you where your property is in the whole transaction:
And over to the left you will see property menu options which you must use to start populating your property listing:
This section provides a quick explanation of what each property menu option is used for.
This is where the main property information is stored, such as the price and the property type.
This is where you can purchase our optional professional services.
In here you can specify some highlights, enabling people to gain a quick
overview of your property.
In this section you should list all the rooms and features of your property, including
dimensions where possible. You must add rooms and features before uploading any photos in the next step.
When you upload properties you need to associate each photo with a room or feature. If you don't see the room or feature, you
need to create the room or feature in the previous step first.

the need to respond to the same questions repetatively.
