How MoveSelf Works Review our simple process to get your residential property listed and let/sold.

This page provides a basic overview of the process. For more detailed instruction, we provide lots of useful guides including how you can use MoveSelf to sell your home or let your home.

Register Your Account

Register your account on MoveSelf for free using Facebook, Twitter or directly on the MoveSelf platform. It only takes 2 minutes.

Create your Property Listing

Once registered you can use our mobile-ready online platform to provide information about your property, upload photos, floor plans and much more. Create your listing entirely by yourself, or optionally purchase our professional services (photography, floor plans etc) and we'll assist you where possible!

Submit Property for Review

Your property listing will go through a stringent review process. We check for spelling and grammar mistakes, poor quality imagery, inaccurate information, ownership verification and in some cases we offer advice on how we believe you can improve your listing.

Receive Offers, Enquiries and Viewing Requests

When your listing is live you can instantly receive offers, enquiries and viewing requests 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Notifications are sent in real-time via email and text (SMS) message, and homeowners can also be contacted via our phone safe contact numbers.

Offer negotiations, property viewings and enquiries are all managed by the homeowner. However our agents are always available should you require advice or assistance.

Accept Offer and Choose a Conveyancing Solicitor

For those that are selling their home, once you accept an offer it is time to engage a regulated conveyancing solicitor. We can provide one from our list of trusted suppliers, or you can choose your own. If you need help progressing the sale of your home you can use our no sale no fee sales progression service.

Completed

Congratulations! You have successfully sold or let your property and saved lots of money in the process!
